The Space Sector Forum 2018 was held on May 24, 2018, at Centrum EXPO XXI in Warsaw at ul. Prądzynskiego 12/14 and gathered 41 exhibitors, over 460 guests and speakers (including foreign guests). The forum was organized by the Polish Space Industry Association and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Industrial Development Agency JSC. SSF2018 was the last of a series of meetings under the EU Industry Day 2018. It was the second edition of this event. The first took place in March 2016.
SSF2018 included three substantive sessions, exhibitions and a B2B meetings session. Exhibitors, entrepreneurs and scientific institutes presented their competences and implemented projects in the space sector. The exhibition was also visited by special guests, including Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz, representatives of the European Space Agency, the European Southern Observatory and the European Commission.
