The training „Introduction to Space for Engineers” dedicated to engineers with no experience in the space industry starts on 21 May 2021.

The training is a part of a two-stage course that will provide you with knowledge on designing and integration of satellites. It will offer basic information on the space sector as well as methods of designing the satellite systems in the phases defined by the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS).

The first course, entitled „Satellite design phases 0/A/B”, to be started on 21 May, will last till the end of June. The lessons will take place on weekends and online. The organiser offers 88 hours of learning.

The training will be conducted by experienced experts from The Warsaw Polytechnic, such as prof. dr hab. inż. Janusz Narkiewicz, prof. dr hab. inż. Piotr Furmański, prof. dr hab. Jan Kindracki, dr inż. Łukasz Mężyk, prof. dr hab. inż. Jerzy Kurek, dr inż. Marcin Michałowski, prof. dr hab. inż. Anna Boczkowska, dr inż. Maciej Ossowski, as well as prof. dr hab. Jan Błęcki from Centrum Badań Kosmicznych PAN.
