On the 20th February the ESA invitation to tender was announced. It is dedicated for Polish companies and science and research institutes.
Polish entities may submit proposals for projects before the 1st of May 2013. Poland, as a new memberstate of the European Space Agency, has a 5 year long transitional period, in which a number of contests for Polish entities only will be launched (known as the Announcement of Opportunity for Outline Proposals under the Polish Industry Incentive Scheme).
