SUMMARY OF THE SPACE SECTOR FORUM 2026 – FSK 2026

The 5th Space Sector Forum (Space Sector Forum 2026 – FSK 2026) took place on June 24, 2026, at the Poznań International Fair. The event brought together over 400 participants, including representatives from the Ministry of National Defence – MON, the Ministry of Development and Technology – MRiT, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education – MNiSW, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration – MSWiA, the European Space Agency – ESA, the Polish Space Agency – POLSA, and the Geospatial Reconnaissance and Satellite Services Agency. As part of 12 substantive sessions, 42 speakers performed. In the exhibition zone, 40 companies and institutes presented their technologies. In the dedicated presentation blocks, 9 entities showcased their solutions in the civil-commercial session, and 18 in the session designated for the security sector. In the business zone, 90 direct B2B meetings were held.

Substantive discussions focused on dual-use technologies, state security, and the new Space Activity Act. The main topics of the panels were: the effective use of Poland’s contribution to ESA, building Europe’s orbital sovereignty, and the development of personnel and competencies. The course of the Forum demonstrated the transition of the Polish sector (valued at approx. 5 billion PLN) from the stage of building competencies to their systemic implementation.

The Board of the Polish Space Industry Association (ZPSK) thanks the Strategic Partner and co-organizer – the Board of the Wielkopolska Region – for cooperation, as well as the co-organizers: the Ministry of Development and Technology – MRiT, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education – MNiSW, and the Industrial Development Agency – ARP S.A. Thanks are also extended to the honorary patrons: the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence – MON, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz; the Minister of Science and Higher Education – MNiSW, Marcin Kulasek; the Polish Space Agency – POLSA; the National Centre for Research and Development – NCBR; and the National Contact Point for EU Research Programmes.

The 5th Space Sector Forum is Poland’s most extensive platform for working meetings between business, science, and public administration. On June 24, 2026, the fifth edition of this event will take place at the Poznań International Fair venues. For years, the Forum has served as a key hub for establishing direct contacts and contracting new projects. It is a unique venue where representatives of Polish technology companies meet with ministerial decision-makers and experts from the European Space Agency (ESA). With the participation of international guests, the Forum offers an excellent opportunity to build international consortia and exchange global market expertise.

The main theme of this year’s meeting will be the practical utilization of Poland’s record-high contribution to ESA. We will focus on how domestic enterprises can effectively apply for new contracts and the business opportunities arising from the planned opening of an ESA center in Poland. An equally vital part of the agenda will be the defense sector, focusing on specific „dual-use” technologies—space solutions that actively support national security, ranging from satellite communications to border monitoring systems.

The Forum also provides a chance to see live solutions in action. An accompanying industrial exhibition will allow you to explore the latest offerings from Polish manufacturers and discuss potential implementations. As Poznań prepares to host the global IAC 2027 congress, this June Forum will be the year’s most significant substantive milestone for anyone looking to make a real impact in the Polish space industry. We invite you to join us—it is the premier venue for networking and discussing the financial and technological future of the SPACE sector.
